Green Smoothie

When it comes to Green Smoothies I almost always come back to the same recipe. I love this Green Smoothie. It has lots of spinach in it and comes with a sweet twist of vanilla and freshly squeezed orange juice. 


If you want to make the smoothie more filling you can add a scoop of your favorite plant-based protein powder. I currently like to use the Plant Protein Booster from Puori, which is made from peas.

Green Smoothie Recipe 


Ingredients 

Serves one large glass


One large frozen banana Two handfuls of fresh spinach 

The juice from one freshly squeezed orange 

150 ml/1,5 dl plant milk (coconut, almond, or oat milk) 

½ tsp. vanilla extract/powder

1 scoop of protein powder (optional)


Directions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy.
