Prenatal yoga - slow connecting flow
This 20 mins. prenatal yoga class was designed for all expecting mothers in all trimesters. We will start the class by connecting to ourselves and our babies and from there move through a gentle vinyasa sequence. - Remember to listen to your body, breathe deeply, and avoid any movement or posture that doesn't feel right at this moment in your life. It is incredibly important to listen to your body at all stages of your journey. If something is telling you to skip an exercise, or you part way through feel you need to stop completely... all of this is PERFECTLY ok, and you should listen and understand that this is just how you are at this moment right now. So experiment with yourself. Listen carefully & drink lots of water.
