MindfulFitness is an online training studio focusing on creating a strong body & mind. At MindfulFitness we practice mindful training that gives us the most joy in our everyday lives. We offer various online classes that you can access all around the world. All classes are available in English or Danish and are suitable for all levels. 

We take you on our own travels with our training videos that we have filmed at different places around the world.

All our classes at MindfulFitness have the same intention to focus on both; working on our physical strength and mental health. We believe that moving our bodies is much more than aiming for a specific body image or look. It's more important we find the training or movement that brings us the most joy.

 

Our online training studio gives you access to various training classes that vary between 10 minutes to 1-hour full-length classes. 

We have classes for everyone so no matter if you are new to the concept of yoga, pilates, or HIT there will always be a class for your level. All classes come in two languages; Danish and English.

About food

With our recipes, our hope is to inspire you with simple nutritious recipes and share some of our absolute favorite recipes with you. All of the recipes are vegetarian with a focus on using seasonal ingredients. 

You will find anything from savory to delicious dessert recipes as well as lots of smoothies and drinks with inspiration from around the world.
